We take on a handful of engagements at a time. That's a deliberate ceiling, not a stage we're trying to grow out of — it's what makes it possible to put a senior lead on every project rather than a manager and a rotating cast.

There is no sales team. The person who scopes your project is the person who'll be accountable for delivering it, which tends to make estimates more honest than they otherwise would be.

We work remote-first across European and US hours, with real overlap written into every engagement. If your team is in the room, we're in the room with them.

What we believe

• Working software beats a convincing deck. Progress is something you can click on.
• Say the uncomfortable thing early. A hard conversation in week one is cheaper than a rescue in month six.
• Boring technology, interesting problems. Novelty in the stack is a cost you pay forever.
• You own everything. Code, infrastructure, accounts, documentation. No lock-in dressed up as a partnership.
• Leave the team better. If your engineers can't maintain it after we go, we didn't finish.

What we turn down

Work we can't staff with someone who's done it before. Projects where the deadline was set before the problem was understood and can't move. And anything where we'd be asked to say a thing is ready when it isn't.
