One call, then a written brief. What are we actually solving, who for, and what does "done" look like in numbers. If we're not the right shop for it, we say so here and point you somewhere better.
Discovery
Two weeks, fixed price. Architecture, risks, a working spike of the scariest part, and a build plan with real numbers attached. You keep everything whether or not you continue with us.
Build in the open
Weekly deploys to an environment you can click through, a shared board, and a channel where you talk to the engineers directly. No status theatre, no monthly reveal.
Hand over properly
Documentation your team can act on, runbooks, a walkthrough of every sharp edge we know about, and thirty days of support after the last commit. You own the code and the infrastructure from day one.
